The ASCEND Executive Leadership Certificate Program has a singular focus to enable good managers and effective supervisors to become capable, trusted leaders by identifying blind spots, honing leadership skills, and instilling confidence.

Our executive leadership development program is comprised of coaching and courses, wrapped in a cohort model. Thereby creating community, camaraderie, and cohesion in a completely virtual program. 

ASCEND is designed for executives and senior leaders who don’t have time to take off weeks to attend classes, but need the insights a graduate-level program will provide. Working with and within their schedules this program provides real-world, actionable, just-in-time feedback. 

This program is designed to work with a leader’s busy schedule, not add to it; The program is both guided and self-paced and offers executives the skills they will need to lead in today’s fluid, fast-paced, competitive environment.

Every participant in the ASCEND Executive Leadership Certificate Program is provided one-on-one executive coaching. This provides the just-in-time feedback leaders need adapt and improve in a rapidly changing business environment. They are able to use principles and insights from the courses, coaching, and cohort interactions in their daily leadership experiences accelerating their leadership growth.  

Using a virtual cohort, 360° assessments, executive coaching, and proven leadership training, students are challenged to rethink their leadership approach, address their leadership blind spots, and increase their leadership capacity.

About the Instructors

David a husband, father and the principal of Arrington Coaching. He and his team work with leaders, teams, organizations, and entrepreneurs. He regularly speaks and writes on leadership development, team alignment, and peak performance. David has over 15 years of executive coaching experience and a doctorate in strategic leadership. He's just authored his first book: Promotable.
