Course Description

The Emerging Leaders Bootcamp program will create bench strength, foster transformational leadership, and build solid leadership within your organization. This program will help individual contributors become trusted leaders by identifying blind spots, honing communication skills, and clarifying expectations.

Each emerging leader is provided one-on-one executive coaching. This provides the just-in-time feedback leaders need adapt and improve in a rapidly changing business environment. Often reserved for more senior leaders, coaching at this stage of their development will help leaders identify and correct bad leadership habits that might otherwise haunt their careers.

They are able to use principles and insights from the courses and coaching, in their daily leadership experiences accelerating their leadership growth.  

Emerging leaders receive proven, practical, and relevant insights needed to engage, encourage, and excel in today’s rapidly changing global workplace.

This program is designed to work with a leader’s busy schedule, not add to it; The program is both guided and self-paced and offers executives the skills they will need to lead in today’s fluid, fast-paced, competitive environment.

This bootcamp provides an immersive, virtual leadership development experience that challenges students to rethink their leadership approach and address their leadership blind spots.

About the Instructors

David a husband, father and the principal of Arrington Coaching. He and his team work with leaders, teams, organizations, and entrepreneurs. He regularly speaks and writes on leadership development, team alignment, and peak performance. David has over 15 years of executive coaching experience and a doctorate in strategic leadership. He's just authored his first book: Promotable.
