When you subscribe, your team receives immediate access to the learner onboarding course and the first course in your selected track. A new course unlocks every 30 days (every 60 days for Core plan).

All previously unlocked courses remain accessible to your team for the duration of your active subscription. Course access ends at the close of your current billing period if your subscription is canceled. Completion certificates are yours to keep permanently. Annual subscriptions are billed as a single payment and include 2 to 2.5 months free depending on plan. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. All plans require a minimum of 3 people.

Multiply the per-person monthly price by the number of people on your team. For example, a team of 10 on the Plus plan billed annually is $1,150/month ($115 x 10).

There’s a 3-person minimum on all plans. We have a reasonable one-time onboarding fee, no hidden costs, no contracts beyond your billing cycle.

Same day. Once you complete checkout, your team gets immediate access to the learner onboarding course and their first track course.

Your group leader gets an admin onboarding course as well. Most teams are fully set up and learning within a few hours. No IT integration needed, no implementation timeline.

Courses are released one at a time, on a monthly cadence (every two months for Core).
