This course is the best one so far. Culture is so important, and leaders need to focus and be aware of the culture they develo and foster.
You have to understand what a healthy Organizational Culture before you can influence change. The course explained what Organizational Culture is, gave models, and explained the “why”. I loved it!
This course is probably the most important one in the ASCEND program. without good culture, an organization will die a slow, failing death.
Very good points on how you can impact organizational culture no matter what level you are in the organization. Great take-away : YOU can create a sub-culture within your team. There is no reason for you to not add to good culture. People shape the culture.
Really enjoyed the 5 R’s portion, as well as the differentiation between top down and bottom up cultures.
