I found this course very useful. We are currently undergoing a major change at my organization. the ideas and info provided in this course has already helped me to understand this change and help it become a success.
This course walks completely through the steps, challenges and benefits of guiding and implementing change. I can confirm that change is an emotional and stressful evolution. People don’t like to change, especially when you have been successful in the past. For example, the change on the joint staff to incorporate Global Integration. This course gives you the tools to help you develop your change narrative, figure out how to get buy in, anticipate the types of responses, and see them through to the end.
The class takes the topic, Leading Change that Lasts, and explains the “Why”, gives you steps to show you the “How”. I like to use the class material to review/refine my own processes at work and this was one of the better ones. Thanks.
