I though this course was an excellent framework for developing strategy, vision and empowering my team. I especially enjoyed the review of the vision provided by Martin Luther King, Jr. and John F. Kennedy in their speeches. Finally, I believe the exercise on Core Values was great, I had trouble determining three people I didnโt like, and why. Great course.
