This course really brought back the awareness of listening and putting yourself in someone’s shoes especially the work on generational interactions. I face that daily with serving three generations. It also reminded me to stop and ask more questions because as leaders we are often seen as someone who should already know what to do and sometimes the problem is not ours to solve.
