The course does an excellent job of addressing the challenges of re-engaging disengaged employees and fostering a positive, collaborative culture that leads to higher retention, productivity, and morale. One of the biggest takeaways for me was learning how to distinguish coaching from other helping methods like mentoring or advising and truly understanding when and how coaching can be most impactful. The emphasis on adaptability, personalized leadership, and removing barriers to coaching resonated strongly, especially in today’s dynamic work environments.
