Welcome to coaching skills for leaders. My name is Dr. David Arrington. And I created this course so that you would have a short course that would walk you through the skills you need to become not just a great leader, but also a great coach. What coaching will do is it will allow you to help your team members, your employees to start solving their own problems, and to begin moving toward their full potential. This course is going to provide a number of benefits.
